What you'll do

• You'll take responsibility for your own service section and make sure our guests feel welcome and well looked after.
• On quieter days, you'll run the service independently. At weekends, experienced casual staff will support you.
• You'll help prepare everything before your shift and tidy up afterwards.
• You'll keep things running smoothly and help create a great evening together with the team.

You are

• You speak English. German is not required.

What you'll do

• You'll support our cook with day-to-day kitchen tasks.
• You'll prepare the mise en place and make sure everything is ready for service.
• You'll restock stations throughout the shift and keep an eye on supplies.
• You'll take care of the cold kitchen and prepare our dishes with care.
• You'll handle dishwashing and keep the kitchen and work areas clean.
• At the end of the shift, you'll help our cook leave the kitchen clean and tidy.

• You have time for one shift per week and are available on a regular basis.
